We had long ago become enamored of videogames, via Atari and Nintendo, and fell quite in love with certain of the old games. Lately, money troubles and real life had caused us to fall away from the pastime, but the next generation has enticed us back to it. Currently, we have a very avid gamer in our family, one who has taken to it even more than his elder siblings had. Last year, as he was gleefully looking forward to the release of Playstation 2, the dear boy came down quite ill. When he heard his sister and brother-in-law were eyeing PS2, ourselves, he perked up, lamenting that he couldn't possibly accomplish the yearly chaos that is Christmas shopping, due to his illness, and he offered us his PSone. The rest, as they say, is history. Our dear boy is doing quite well now, thanks to the great doctors with which he had the good fortune to come in contact, and no doubt the good vibes sent his way from the rest of us, and some of his sister's gracious online friends.... and as he is happily enjoying his PS2, we are wrapping our heads around the PSone games we've inherited. :) Not an easy task! This below is a testament to that inheritance, and ongoing struggle not to bite the controller in half! ;) These pages are dedicated to our dear little brother. ;) Playstation 2 Favorites: new!
