Our newest favorite dark fantasy author is none other than the very popular Laurell K. Hamilton. And we can see why she is so popular. :) Her heroine, the Animator/Vampire slayer Anita Blaike is as tough as nails, for all that she appears to come across rather pixie-like. And she's got a killer sense of humor. :) We'll be posting a review, and reading more, by and by, but for now, here's a few cool links we could find pertaining to the popular Ms. Hamilton and her fine works.
